Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a process that assists you in letting go of negative emotions, limiting decisions, and restrictive beliefs from the past.  TLT allows you to create your own future, the way you want it, free from the unwanted baggage of negative emotions from the past.  Releasing the fear, anger, sadness and anxiety from the past enabling you to react to future situations, free from unwanted emotional burdens. 

 

It utilizes your own internal time line to work with your unconscious mind in a variety of ways including healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

 

Time Line Therapy promotes living in the present, allowing you to release negative emotions based on stored memories that are no longer useful.  It helps you reduce or alleviate fears and manage anger and stress.  TLT can help you release anxiety, depression, procrastination, sadness trauma and PTSD.

TIme Line Therapy requires a two-hour session.
